This is a planning estimate, not checkout. Fulhive confirms shelf fit, site conditions, eligibility, and final scope before issuing a proposal.
Published plan allowances
Start with the shelf coverage your outlet needs.
Each allowance uses the same managed-service foundation. Suitability is confirmed during the assessment.

Real retail installation
Scope the plan around the shelf, not only the tag count.
Fixtures, product density, price-change zones, viewing angles, gateway coverage, and staff workflow all affect the final rollout. Fulhive reviews them before confirming the managed plan.

Add outlets without rebuilding the operating model.
For one to five outlets using the same allowance, the estimator applies the published additional-outlet rate. Six or more outlets, mixed allowances, or more complex integration needs move to a tailored proposal.
Managed-plan questions
What retailers ask before an assessment.
The final proposal records the approved installation, support, damage, eligibility, and end-of-term conditions.
What is included in the monthly plan?
The selected ESL allowance, store gateway, cloud management software, standard installation, initial team training, and ongoing support are included. Site-specific work and integrations are assessed separately.
Why is a site assessment required?
Shelf rails, fixtures, label positions, network conditions, gateway coverage, data sources, and installation access differ by outlet. The assessment confirms that the selected allowance and standard installation scope fit the store.
What happens at the end of 24 months?
Fulhive will confirm the renewal, return, upgrade, or alternative ownership terms in the final commercial agreement before installation. The website estimate is not a binding quotation.
Can Fulhive connect to an existing POS or product database?
Yes, subject to technical assessment. Available APIs, export formats, product identifiers, approval workflows, and required custom integration work are reviewed before the final proposal.
What happens if a tag is damaged?
Support covers normal operating assistance. Replacement responsibility for damaged, lost, or misused units is confirmed in the service terms for the approved rollout.
Can another outlet or more labels be added later?
Yes. One to five outlets can be estimated using the published additional-outlet rate when they use the same allowance. Larger or mixed deployments receive a tailored proposal.
What internet or network connection is required?
Requirements depend on the selected gateway and management setup. Fulhive reviews network access, gateway position, coverage, and operating constraints during the assessment.
Are installation and training included?
Standard installation and initial team training are included. Custom fixtures, unusual access, electrical work, network changes, and outstation travel may be quoted separately.
